Hey, I'm Ian,
I grew up on a farm, where if something broke, you fixed it yourself. There was no calling a professional when the barn door came off its hinges or the tractor needed a patch job. You rolled up your sleeves, figured it out, and got it done.
That hands-on spirit carried me through years of navigating home and cottage repairs. Leaky roofs, stubborn plumbing, wonky decks, you name it. Along the way, I picked up the kind of practical know-how that only comes from doing it yourself, sometimes more than once.
After a career in the corporate world, I recently retired and decided to do something a little different. Instead of relaxing, I'm helping my community by offering the handyman skills I've built over a lifetime, with a touch of humour and zero judgment for whatever you tried to fix first.
Today, I've Got A Guy serves homeowners across Brampton and surrounding areas, tackling everything from painting and landscaping to junk removal and garage organizing. If it's on your list, I can probably cross it off.
