1. Information provided by phone or email

You can contact me by phone or email. This website does not have a contact form. When you call, email or arrange services with me, I may collect your name, contact details, service address and information about the work, including photographs you choose to email.

I use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare estimates, arrange and carry out work, communicate with you and keep necessary business records. I collect only information reasonably needed for these purposes. Please avoid sending unrelated sensitive information.

2. Website technology

Website delivery and security services receive technical request information, including your IP address, browser details and requested pages, to deliver and protect the website.

The website includes platform-provided analytics that measure page views and time spent on pages. The analytics record page URLs and titles, referring pages, timestamps, browser/device information and a randomly generated session identifier. The __vibe_sid cookie stores that identifier for a rolling 30-minute period, refreshed during analytics activity.

Cloudflare provides website security and may set the __cf_bm cookie to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts and images from vibe.filesafe.space. When these resources load, their providers receive technical request information such as your IP address and browser details. Google’s Fonts privacy information explains its handling of font requests.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. This may affect website operation and does not necessarily prevent analytics requests from being sent.

3. Consent and sharing

I use information you provide for the service-related purposes described above. I will seek your consent for other uses or disclosures where required by law. I will not publish photographs or identifying details of your property without your permission.

Information may be handled by service providers that help with email, website hosting or business administration, only as needed for those services. I remain responsible for protecting information under my control. Information may also be disclosed where required or permitted by law.

Service providers may process information outside Canada, where it may be accessible to courts or government authorities under local laws. You can contact me for information about the providers handling your information.

4. Protection and retention

I use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information to protect it from loss, misuse and unauthorized access or disclosure. No electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure.

I retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above or to meet legal requirements. Information no longer needed is securely deleted or anonymized.

5. Your choices and rights

You may request access to your personal information, corrections, or deletion where applicable. You may also withdraw consent, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. This may affect my ability to provide a service; I will explain any relevant consequences.
